Love 4 Life- WE ARE HERE
The Love 4 Life "WE ARE HERE" Campaign is designed to virtually support our community and focus on maintaining a positive mental health, positivity, love, and more. We attempt to stay connected throughout the current Stay at Home order and provide our services online. The following at NO COST services are available: interactive workshops, discussions, activities to do at home, one-on-one support, and more. You are not alone and remember it ALWAYS gets better. #L4LWEAREHERE

ONLINE SERVICES
Join us in our monthly interactive workshops made through Zoom. We will continue to receive our trainings and interactive activities with our curriculum on bullying and suicide prevention (Unbreakable Project). Children Workshops on Wednesdays and Teen Workshops on Thursdays. Click here to sign up to our Love 4 Life Workshops.

Join us at our interactive discussion groups hosted through Zoom. We will touch on discussion topics such as mental health, suicide prevention, dealing with current situations stressors, ways to deal with anxiety, at-home activities, and more. Click here to sing up for our Let's Connect Group.

Positive Activities For You
A - Z
A- Act out your favorite scene from a book, movie, or tv show with your family.
B- Bake a cake, cookies, cupcakes, or anything you’d like.
C- Count your coin stash.
D- Dance party to your favorite song.
E- Engage in conversation with an old friend.
F- Finish a book you’ve been wanting to read.
G- Grow a garden.
H- Help your parents with chores.
I- Invite friends to a virtual get together.
J- Juggle (use toys, empty water bottles, etc).
K- Keep a journal to remember this quarantine (maybe it’ll get published).
L- Learn a new language (Duolingo).
M- Make goals for yourself to accomplish by the end of quarantine.
N- Never lose hope.
O- Open the window for some fresh air.
P- Paint (a canvas, poster board, clothes, paper).
Q- Quit a bad habit.
R- Redecorate / reorganize your room.
S- Sew (learn how, fix clothes, put a missing button).
T- Thank someone for something at least once a week.
U- Understand a difficult subject.
V- Virtually visit a tourist attraction (Paris, Venice, Dubai, Sydney, Grand Canyon).
W- Work out for 30 minutes.
X- X-out negative, self-detrimental thoughts.
Y- Yield your mind to positive thoughts.
Z- zZ get your rest.
